Welcome guys to Hybreed’s monthly blog. A very happy summer to you all. In order to write this month’s blog, I’ve mustered all my patience to combat all the heat around and focus on blogging (which I enjoy doing the most) !
A word we so often underestimate that we end up almost ignoring at all the times when we work! Did you know that Patience is the key to turn impossibility to not just a possibility but turn a project, art, work , goal into a result beyond the best?! Patience is that quality which if applied in true and real sense in our work , one can do the SWOT analysis with supreme results.

I would like to share 5 Pointers with you all which were enumerated in the FORBES once. These points are simple yet have a powerful effect when its roots are understood properly.  The 5 powerful ways leaders can practice patience in the workplace are:

It’s almost been a year since Hybreed first commenced blogging!

It’s been a wonderful experience sharing what we love doing most at Hybreed.

In this post I would like to talk about a 3-worded phrase”Lesser the better”. Lesser the Better is a term pretty often linked with a quality product designing. “Less is more” was first used by an architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe during the minimalist design movement in the 1960s. Again later, the famed Braun industrial designer Dieter Rams adapted to rephrase to “lesser but better.”

I must say that now it’s the most exciting time of the year. The vulnerability is high among people, business organizations as this is the transition we all await to reflect our past achievements and set future agendas!

Just today in the morning newspaper, I stumbled upon Mr. Ajit Ranade’s column intended to elaborate on the various small and kind resolutions one can keep up in order to upgrade one’s human qualities. It suited perfect to sketch out my writing as I too have been thinking about how to express my thoughts on the resolutions in my monthly dose of blog. So here’s how I have enjoyed articulating my thoughts on Hybreed.

It’s been too long that we had updated our blog, but today’s morning news kicked us! I had to write about this for our readers.

Google has changed a lot over the past 17 years—from the range of their products to the evolution of their look and feel. And today they are changing things up once again. Today, Google is introducing a new logo. Just a month after unveiling a major restructuring of the company, Google is updating its image, too.

You don’t build a business – YOU BUILD PEOPLE , and then people build the business.

Hybreed clearly has faith in its organisational strength and keeping in mind the importance of manpower, tries to push the paradigm by creating our own style of products and services.

Having said that, I’d love to discuss in this very first blog on my part, that I do believe in certain aspects and convictions which I think will affirmatively benefit Hybreed

Here we go with the following simple 3 pointers:

Hello dear readers out there !

Hope you are enjoying reading our blogs so far ..
It’s summer time here in India, and the best thing to do at the moment is to grab some cold coffee, your fav kindle or iPad, hop on a cozy bean bag and read ☺️…

And Blogs are always interesting to read ! They are one fun reading therapy that helps different audiences connect on a single platform through the Internet.

Blogging helps the blogger to swiftly reach out to the targeted audience on a wider scale and establish his/her thoughts in words. We, at Hybreed, are happy to have started blogging, and in the spell of 4 months since we began blogging, we have had wondrous experiences.

“Quality is much better than quantity. One home run is much better than two doubles”- Steve Jobs.

Hybreed has come quite a long way experiencing ups and downs… It’s part of the business and we are happy to shape our company qualitatively as we climb the ladder. Quality’ is one such word, meaning of which is much deeper than we think it is….

When you fall in love with a particular product, many peripheral things attached to it bring a quality difference in the choices you make.

One of the greatest things about building your own company is that you have no limits on exploring your creativity. Our minds usually does the marvelous thinking… We may thus end up with endless possibilities to do this, do that; coz let’s face it, we love building brands. And brands are not built overnight. So, the best part of owning a company for me is that I can put my thoughts & ideas into execution to create the brand I want! . It’s a challenging thing to do because ideas and their execution are the two sides of the same coin. There is no remonstrance about the fact that smart blend of ideas and execution leads to success.
Hybreed’s 404 store was initially too an idea… When we started out, we had one thing in mind-A sellout of hybreed hand painted tees with unique themes! We came up with many different opinions on how to execute the very core idea. But it’s important to realise that you might  have  hundreds of good ideas but how you make those ideas happen is exponentially more important than the idea itself!

……….Wait a minute…don’t get perplexed…. I can explain better!

Hmm…

A lot has been experienced here at Hybreed! On a journey for almost a year and half, we’ve  discovered new horizons, worked hard to accomplish even smallest of our dreams & learnt umpteen number of lessons. I must say, that accomplishing anything is predictably backed by hard work, patience and staying put!!

What’s literally important is, to let seep into us those valuable lessons we learn, and to let go off the negative aspect of each experience. Also, not drooling over it for too long on your achievement or failure is too a considerable important facet of growing up as a company. The attitude of Done-and-Dusted pushes and urges us to achieve more targets.

I slam my fingers on the keyboard frantically in excitement today; hoping our future Hybreeders and fellow Hybreeders read and articulate my take on 8 hashcalls on learning:

As I walked through the plush hallway of a spiraled building, I sensed a corporate feeling…I was actually mentally prepared. Knowing the area and office I was going to visit, the typical corporate structure was pre called for. Many white collar men swayed as they walked everywhere in the building.

I was briskly getting directions to the office I was supposed to reach over the cell from Ajit sir. As he was directing, I managed to go up the elevator to the respective floor, managed to go through a few rights and lefts, crossed corridors and reached the destination… After thanking him, I slipped the cell down in my jean pocket and headed for the office door. Pushing the door open, I entered and stopped short before a man who was busy clicking away on the mouse. My gaze turned towards the computer and saw a few very different looking images..my eyes ran back to the guy who was at work.He looked very ordinary in contrast to the corporate surrounding. Yet something demanded class! It was intriguing….I was in the main room of the office .
