Welcome guys to Hybreed’s monthly blog. A very happy summer to you all. In order to write this month’s blog, I’ve mustered all my patience to combat all the heat around and focus on blogging (which I enjoy doing the most) !
A word we so often underestimate that we end up almost ignoring at all the times when we work! Did you know that Patience is the key to turn impossibility to not just a possibility but turn a project, art, work , goal into a result beyond the best?! Patience is that quality which if applied in true and real sense in our work , one can do the SWOT analysis with supreme results.

I would like to share 5 Pointers with you all which were enumerated in the FORBES once. These points are simple yet have a powerful effect when its roots are understood properly.  The 5 powerful ways leaders can practice patience in the workplace are:

When is the time when an organization should tire of planning? The answer is Never! That is because planning is a continuous infinite process. Be it a start-up or a multi-million making company, every single action has detailed goal oriented planning involved. In this month, I would love to emphasize on how planning is of prime importance, especially for start-ups. So here are a few pointers I feel are of vital importance:

It’s almost been a year since Hybreed first commenced blogging!

It’s been a wonderful experience sharing what we love doing most at Hybreed.

In this post I would like to talk about a 3-worded phrase”Lesser the better”. Lesser the Better is a term pretty often linked with a quality product designing. “Less is more” was first used by an architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe during the minimalist design movement in the 1960s. Again later, the famed Braun industrial designer Dieter Rams adapted to rephrase to “lesser but better.”

I must say that now it’s the most exciting time of the year. The vulnerability is high among people, business organizations as this is the transition we all await to reflect our past achievements and set future agendas!

Just today in the morning newspaper, I stumbled upon Mr. Ajit Ranade’s column intended to elaborate on the various small and kind resolutions one can keep up in order to upgrade one’s human qualities. It suited perfect to sketch out my writing as I too have been thinking about how to express my thoughts on the resolutions in my monthly dose of blog. So here’s how I have enjoyed articulating my thoughts on Hybreed.

Life of a business entity, especially speaking of any start up is precariously based on how well is it connected with its audience (Customers, employees, creditors).

The quote in the above picture has an important element in it— “Social Media”
And the second most important component— “How Well”

Hello everyone who’s reading our (hybreed) blogs out there !

Yes, it’s been quite a while since hybreed members have penned down their thoughts into a piece of blog to let you keen readers have a little sneak peak into our work system and our thought system !

This week, I’ve decided to shed some light on a topic we all know impeccably. Yet we have different theories to apply and understand. So without any further adieu, I would love to begin … Hope you enjoy reading through

Each one of us live life with a purpose, for a purpose!

The underlying and often unaddressed fear in being brave & staying focused to your dream is that momentum is just as hard to slow down as it is to build.

Once you start growing as a creator by being persistent, doer, believer,risk-taker, you realise your obligations towards the stakeholders shoots up too in direct proportion with the aforementioned qualities. More the growth, more the expectations!

It’s been too long that we had updated our blog, but today’s morning news kicked us! I had to write about this for our readers.

Google has changed a lot over the past 17 years—from the range of their products to the evolution of their look and feel. And today they are changing things up once again. Today, Google is introducing a new logo. Just a month after unveiling a major restructuring of the company, Google is updating its image, too.

The Story began when I received a Call from one of the Cardinbox’s co-founders, Nachiket (he’s awesome). He was basically curious to know how we at Hybreed use Social Media for Marketing, as they wanted to venture out for their Newly built iOS Application. We hit it off instantly as we talked about each other’s work doings … His few suggestions on how we should move ahead with Virtual Simulation & how he would refer us to His friends made me realise that “hey, if we think same, want same, then why not build bridges together?”
One of the best things to happen to Hybreed after our talk was Cardinbox’s impressive invitation to be one of the First Movers in “Cardinbox’s Startup Initiative”. In this Initiative, they allow their members “free” subscription of their awesome App for a period period of 2 years.

I’ve read quite many times about all the entrepreneurial stuff (be it the interviews, blogs or facts) from magazines, tabloids and Of Course the Internet to deduce various ideas and thought provoking concepts helpful for start ups.

Since I was keen to discern the values different organisational teams imbibe, find a suitable quality and learn to adhere to it so that HYBREED benefits for the good, here is what I contemplate :
